Project Highlights:
1. Engineering for Extreme Cold (Freeze-Thaw Resistance):
The Russian winter presents the ultimate challenge: freezing temperatures, snow loads, and moisture from melting ice. Standard spray paint often becomes brittle and cracks in sub-zero conditions, leading to rapid rusting. TECTON’s solution utilizes Hot-Dip Galvanizing + AkzoNobel Powder Coating. Our powder coating layer offers superior flexibility and adhesion, ensuring it does not crack even in freezing cold. This guarantees the steel frame remains rust-free despite the harsh freeze-thaw cycles.
2. 12mm Glass:
Built for Thermal Stress: In climates with extreme temperature fluctuations, glass safety is critical. Thinner glass (10mm) is prone to spontaneous breakage due to thermal stress or impact in the cold. We installed 12mm Automotive-Grade Tempered Glass exclusively. The extra thickness provides the necessary thermal stability and impact resistance, ensuring player safety even in low-temperature environments.
3. All-Season Performance:
Against the backdrop of a grey Russian winter, the TECTON Blue Turf remains vibrant and functional. Our high-quality monofilament turf is designed to resist becoming brittle in the cold, providing a consistent bounce and professional playing experience year-round.
